1. Agreement

By accessing AetherX or making a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Digital products & delivery

All products (game keys, points, gift cards) are digital and delivered automatically to your email and account once payment is confirmed on-chain. Delivery is typically within seconds. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Payment is processed in cryptocurrency via our payment provider (Cryptomus). A network/processing fee may be added at checkout and is shown before you pay. An order is only fulfilled after the payment is confirmed for the full amount.

4. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a key/code has been delivered. If a delivered code is invalid or a paid order is not delivered, contact support within 7 days and we will verify and, where appropriate, replace it or refund to store credit.

5. Store credit & coupons

Store credit and coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined except where explicitly allowed. We may void credit or coupons obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell, automate, scrape, or exploit the service, attempt to obtain products without paying, or use AetherX for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AetherX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
